Quality Valet has been The WaterGarden’s valet parking company for more than two years. From day one its service has been top notch. I give Quality my highest recommendation, and in this, I am confident that I reflect the thoughts of our Board and membership.
Management time devoted to valet matters was reduced to near zero, because Quality runs itself. We have probably never made a change that met with more universal approval.
From my observation, there are a number of reasons why Quality is successful, starting with superb hands-on leadership both in the business office and on the ground. It continues with hiring good people. Quality trains its valets both in our condo’s procedures, and perhaps more importantly, in “people” skills that enable them to be the WaterGarden’s first-impression ambassadors to our guests. Quality provides on-site supervision, not absentee ownership, and in addition, we are completely comfortable with the abilities and leadership skills of its senior valets.
One thing we have appreciated the most about Quality is that it works with us to solve problems—not problems created by it, but problems perhaps inherent in or physical layout or problems created by our residents. Often, Quality is proactive in suggesting improvements and solutions. We are able to assign a leadership role to Quality in event planning, such as handling the large crowds which visit our condo to watch the annual Winterfest Boat Parade as it passes by our front door.
Without hesitation, I give Quality as a good recommendation as it is possible to give.

We have a large (300+ units) residential luxury condominium building on the New River, just off Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. Our residents and guests expect the best in customer service and Quality Valet always meets their demands. Since contracting with them, our complaints regarding valet service have all but disappeared, our membership is happy and Management and the Board have received many compliments for choosing Quality Valet.
